As the Director of PINC Management Limited, I lead a specialized practice offering case management services tailored to children and adolescents affected by brain injury. In 2009 I graduated as a physiotherapist, achieving a BHSc with Honours classification 2:1.

PINC Management Limited celebrates its twelfth year of successful operation, boasting 14 years expertise in paediatric brain injury. This includes extensive hands-on experience in neurorehabilitation, providing profound insight into the daily challenges encountered by brain injured children and their families.
With extensive experience in this field, I have successfully managed cases involving a diverse range of brain injuries, including but not limited to, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury (TBI), acquired brain injury (ABI), and stroke related injuries. My team and I are well equipped to address the unique challenges posed by each condition, drawing on our wealth of knowledge and expertise to provide tailored care and support. Whether it is navigating the complexities of cerebral palsy or addressing the rehabilitation needs of those with a TBI, I am committed to delivering compassionate and effective assistance to all affected by these conditions.
My personal approach to managing brain injury cases goes beyond fundamental skills, knowledge and experience. It incorporates empathy, compassion, patience, adaptability, effective communication, and meticulous organisation. Furthermore, it embraces resilience, cultural sensitivity and collaboration. My team and I maintain a positive attitude and determination in the face of setbacks or obstacles, offering support and encouragement during challenging times.
Working with individual children and their families for a period spanning seven years is an accomplishment in its own right. Throughout this time, I’ve been dedicated to supporting them in reaching their unique goals, facilitating remarkable transitions into aspects of life that were previously deemed unattainable!
