PINC Management Limited is an independent case management company offering services to children and adults suffering from brain and/or spinal injuries.

The company ethos is underpinned by a holistic approach. Clients are provided with a cost effectivecoordinated package of rehabilitation and care/support, which is relevant to his or her current individual needs. The client’s rehabilitation and care package shall be managed effectively using evidence-based practice and in line with National Standards and current legislation.

Hours of Work

Business hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.30

Messages left after this time may not be collected until the next working day.Evening and weekend visits/assessments can be arranged in exceptional circumstances. 

Fee Structure of PINC Management Limited

Case Management£125.00 per hour

Travel Time                                                                           £62.50 per hour

Mileage                                                                                     £0.705 per mile

Bank Holiday Case Management                                             £230.00 per hour

Weekend/Bank Holiday Travel Time                                        £125.00 per hour

Train Travel                                                                              Standard Rates

Overnight stays/subsistence                                                    At cost

Any weekend or Bank Holiday hours or overnight stays will be negotiated and authorised by you prior to any work being carried out.

Please note our charges are calculated on a time spent basis, time is recorded in 6 minute units.  No VAT is payable on these charges, our credit terms are 30 days and PINC Management Limited reserves the right to charge interest on any outstanding amounts in accordance with the Late Payments of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (UK).

Invoicing is on a monthly end basis for the services provided and our payment terms are 21 days of the date of the invoice, irrespective of how the client is funded.  Payments can be made by BACS.

Our fees are subject to review on an annual basis in October.

Insurance

We shall pay for and maintain adequate insurance cover with a reputable insurer.  An insurance certificate can be produced on request.

Termination of services

These Terms of Business may be terminated at any time by either party with one month’s notice.  In circumstances where the client/Deputy terminates with less than one months notice a termination fee equal to the average monthly fee over the preceding three months will be charged by PINC Management Limited.

I fully understand and agree with the above terms and conditions.
